With a background in psychology, education, and entrepreneurship, I’ve always been drawn to the behind-the-scenes — the places where clarity, systems, and empathy quietly make the magic happen. I started Sites by Jess because I saw too many brilliant humans overwhelmed by tech, strategy, and to-do lists. I wanted to offer calm in the chaos.

- I was once the owner of a global skincare brand with three retail stores.
- I closed that business during the pandemic, reshaped my life, and never looked back.
- Now I help brands (including my own) show up online with heart + strategy.
- I live in a quirky country house in Bloomington, IN. There’s always music playing and usually something fermenting on the counter or the oven.
- I love campfires, laughing, making my own bread, and turning leftovers into magic.
- I used to help college students figure out their lives. Now I just try to live mine with more intention.
